Embark on a remarkable 10-day Antarctic voyage beginning in Ushuaia, Argentina. Cross the legendary Drake Passage and venture deep into the frozen wonders of the Antarctic Peninsula and the wildlife-rich South Shetland Islands. Marvel at towering glaciers, dramatic icebergs, and bustling penguin colonies. Every day offers a new and unforgettable polar experience, from Zodiac landings to expert-led lectures and breathtaking scenery.

Day by day

Day 1 : Ushuaia, Argentina, embarkation

Arrive in Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world, where you can explore the lively Patagonian town or hike through Tierra del Fuego’s pristine landscapes. This remote region offers scenic views of snow-covered mountains, glacier valleys, and wetland ecosystems. In the afternoon, board your expedition vessel and settle in. After a safety drill, the ship departs through the scenic Beagle Channel, named after Darwin’s ship. Keep an eye out for whales and dolphins as you begin your journey toward the Drake Passage.

Day 2 - 3 : At Sea - Crossing the Drake Passage Southbound

Crossing the infamous Drake Passage is a thrilling part of the expedition. Though known for its rough seas and roaring winds, the purpose-built vessel ensures a safe and comfortable passage. During the crossing, join briefings on Antarctic protocols, wildlife, and safety. The Expedition Team helps prepare your gear and offers educational lectures. As we enter the Antarctic Convergence, marine life becomes more abundant. With favorable weather, we aim to make our first landing in the South Shetland Islands by the third afternoon, officially beginning our Antarctic exploration.
