Day by day

Day 1 : Start of the air-cruise

Your polar journey begins in Punta Arenas, Chile, where you embark on your ship and sail along the historic Strait of Magellan toward Cape Froward, the southernmost point of the South American continent. As you cruise this remote and windswept region, keep your eyes open for Magellanic penguins, cormorants, and a variety of seabirds. The wild, rugged scenery sets the tone for the thrilling adventure ahead.

Day 2 : Explore Southern Patagonia

The expedition continues through Glacier Alley, an impressive stretch of fjords flanked by dramatic glaciers. Accompanied by playful Peale’s dolphins, the journey offers a Zodiac excursion to the Garibaldi Glacier. This icy giant carves its way through the Darwin Mountains, creating a stunning backdrop for exploration and photography. The rich biodiversity and sheer natural beauty of Southern Patagonia make this day a true highlight.

Get a spring in your step when you slip on a pair of snowshoes in Antarctica. Enabling you to easily scale gentle slopes, this unique activity allows you to access hard to reach places and seek out the most impressive views.

Learn to capture wildlife and landscape shots in a small group photography program, including critiquing sessions and editing classes. Plus, Explorer Boat excursions with a dedicated photography expert on landings.

Explorer Boats
Achieve the best views and photographs from a forward facing Explorer Boats. They allow you to sit comfortably and securely while crackling through the ice-strewn waters. Look out for wildlife such as penguins, seals and whales as you cruise.
Yoga

It doesn’t get more serene than complimentary yoga classes to the tune of glacial scenery. Join the most unique exercise setting in the world after a day of exploration. Classes are regular but are dependent on weather conditions and swell.
