This 10-day expedition from St. Helena to Cape Verde takes you to some of the most remote and fascinating places on Earth, including the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Ascension Island, and the historic city of Cidade Velha. You will enjoy the local culture, tropical climate, and endemic birds of St. Helena, sail along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, visit Ascension Island, cross the equator, and arrive in Praia, Cape Verde. 

Day by day

Day 1 : Jamestown, Longwood House & Jacob's Ladder
Jamestown is the starting point of our journey. This city offers a unique location and a variety of attractions. There is much to do before you set sail. Tropical British culture is a great way to experience the local British culture. This remote volcanic island has a unique climate and bird species. Visit Longwood House is where Napoleon was killed in 1821. You can even take a walk along the 699-metre path. If you are feeling ambitious, climb Jacob's Ladder. You can also take more time if you want to. You can go snorkeling or on short hikes in shallow water. There are many tropical and subtropical species of fish.
Day 2 & 3 : Sailing the Mid-Atlantic Ridge
We will sail today along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Submarine mountain range of about 16 km (10 miles). From the Arctic Ocean to the Southern tip of Africa
